The bookmyplusone name, logo, design, words, graphics and software are owned by AK Infinite Labs and protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, trade mark law and other laws of India. © AK Infinite Labs. All rights reserved.
You may use the site to find and book companions, and you may link to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or reuse any part of it, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
What you keep
The photos, videos and words you add remain yours. You give us a licence to show them on the site while they are there, as explained in our Terms of Use. Add only what you made yourself or have the right to use.
Reporting a copyright problem
If you believe something on bookmyplusone uses your copyright work without permission, tell us using the form below. Please include:
- your name and how we can reach you;
- the work you own, and where it appears on bookmyplusone (the page's address);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that this use is not allowed by you, your agent or the law; and
- a statement that what you tell us is accurate, and that you own the copyright or are allowed to act for the owner.
What happens next
- Our team reviews every report. Where it is made out, we remove or disable the content, and tell the person who added it why.
- Where a notice gives the details the Copyright Rules, 2013 ask for, we disable access to the content within 36 hours, and keep it disabled for 21 days so that you can obtain a court order. If no order reaches us in that time, we may restore it.
- If you added the content and believe it was removed by mistake, write to our Grievance Officer with your reasons and any proof that you may use it.
- We act on orders from a court or a government authority within the time the law sets, which is 36 hours under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
- We remove the accounts of people who repeatedly add other people's work.
- Knowingly making a false report may make you liable under the law.
